Annual membership passes available:

Individual Membership – $25.00

Grandparent Membership – $75.00 (includes admission for two adults and grandchildren 17 and younger.

Family Membership – $100.00 (includes admission for two adults and children 17 and younger living in the same household).

Enthusiast Membership – $125.00 (includes admission for two adults and children 17 adn younger plus 4 anytime passes good for the season)

These make great gifts for the hard-to-buy for person. Passes run from January 1 – December 31.

“The Barn” at Heartland Acres is an 18,450 square foot facility. While in the barn, visitors can learn about, and actually participate in, many of the early farming practices including milking a cow, corn shelling and gridning. Other attractions are the upper level or ‘loft’ area of the forty-three foot high building that features the “Hall of Time”. The Hall of Time begins in 1830 in Iowa Territory and dedicated to the first settlers and their early farming methods, and displays the progression to today’s practices. “The Machine Shed” at Heartland Acres is a 6,500 square foot facility that displays antique farming equipment and shows the evolution to the machinery used today.

What else can you do while visiting Heartland Acres? Live the day-in-a-life of a late 1800’s student in the 1869 One Room Schoolhouse. (Seasonally). For car enthusiasts, go back in time and visit the “Classic Car Museum” that features cars ranging from a 1905 Cadillac Model F to a 1969 Yenko Camaro and almost everything in-between.

Winter hours effective November 1-March 31. Museum is open Monday – Satruday 9:00am-4:30pm. Access to the museum during the winter is by availability or appointment. Closed weekends and major holidays. CALL AHEAD.

Summer hours effective April 1-October 31. Sundays, noon to 4:30PM. (group rates are available-call ahead for a group guided tour).
